Living Accommodations
Housing options will be on-campus (if possible) the first year, and off campus (if possible) the second year.
Collegiate Park
is a set of six apartment buildings in the heart of campus that are home to upperclassmen students. This peaceful community includes flats and townhouses and a centrally located clubhouse that features a multi-purpose room and a newly renovated outdoor space with hammocks, outdoor seating, a volleyball court, and a relaxing pavilion seating area. Students have the option of two bedroom/two bath apartments, two bedroom/one bath apartments, four
bedroom/two bath apartments, or four bedroom/two bath
townhouses.
North Park Quads (NPQ)
is located on University Loop East, just steps away from a newly added campus store. NPQ is comprised of five co-ed buildings which are home to first-year and upper-class
students. NPQ requires card access to enter each building. NPQ is made up of suite-style living quarters that
accommodate students in four bedroom, two bathroom suites.
Each suite includes a furnished living room and
kitchenette. The NPQ community includes a central building laundry room, outdoor lounge seating, and a campus
store. The NPQ Office is located across from the campus store in NPQ Building 3.
Living Learning Community 3
Living Learning Community 3 is located on Danner Ave. conveniently located between the Carl R. Reng Student Union and the Red Wolf Center. This co-ed residential building
is home to students of all classifications. The building is made up of suite-style living quarters with single and double
rooms. The residents have access to the floor lobby, lounges, and a laundry room in their own building.
Pack Place
contains two, three story apartment buildings open to upperclassmen students. Upperclassmen may choose between two bedroom/two bathroom apartments or four bedroom/four bathroom apartments. Each floor
offers a 24-hour study room for a quiet place to
study. Each apartment includes private bedrooms/bathrooms, walk-in closets, a kitchen, a laundry room, and a private balcony/patio.
Red Wolf Den
is home to upper-class students. Residents of Red Wolf Den have access to the NPQ commons building which includes laundry, a multi-purpose room, a kitchen, and a reception
desk. They also have access to the Red Wolf Den commons building which provides an additional location to do
laundry and a patio for outdoor activities. Students have the
option of two bedroom/one bath, three bedroom/one bath, or four bedroom/two bath apartments.
