Duo Mobile FAQ
- Please note that changes cannot be made to your Duo account via email.
- Duo Mobile does not give Arkansas State University access to personal information on your devices. The only thing Duo Mobile has access to is the camera and this is only needed when linking the Duo Mobile app to your A-State account. Once you have done this, you can turn off camera permissions for the Duo Mobile app. You will still receive Duo push notifications.
- If a student's phone that is linked to an A-State Duo account has been lost or stolen, the student will need to contact IT Security at 870-972-3770 or at security@astate.edu so the account can be removed and set up as a new account once the student gets a new phone. This is to prevent a breach of secured information for individual users.
