# Educational Stipend Applications

The A-State Staff Senate Education Stipend is intended to help non-faculty employees and their spouse/dependents at A-State-Jonesboro offset the cost of three undergraduate or graduate credit hours.

Application must be received by December 12, 2025 by 5:00 pm.

##### ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS  
Applicant must be:

- A current 12-month non-faculty employee on the Jonesboro campus and will enroll in three or more transcripted hours with A-State-Jonesboro on the Jonesboro, Arkansas campus or with AOS in the upcoming spring semester *<span style="text-decoration: underline;">OR</span>*
- A spouse/dependent of a current 12-month non-faculty employee on the Jonesboro campus and will meet the minimum requirements to be considered full-time (for undergraduate or graduate students) under A-State-Jonesboro transcripted hours on the Jonesboro, Arkansas campus or with AOS in the upcoming spring semester.

- Employee or employee’s spouse/dependent must be eligible for the A-State-Jonesboro employee tuition discount.
- All classes must be taken for credit, not audit.
- Have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
- Complete application form with the following attached: 
    - Current or returning students: Enrollment Verification and Unofficial Transcript (can be found in Banner Self Service)
    - New freshmen and first-time students: High school transcript
    - Essay (requirements listed in application)
