Advance Fund Requests Form

For faculty who have been awarded FRAC funds during the most recent cycle, funds are made available at the start of the following fiscal year on July 1. 

 However, if your funded-project/research requires funds to be made available in advance of the new fiscal year to support travel or research expenses, the Sponsored Programs Accounting Office will require the PI complete and return an Advance Fund Request Form . 

 For faculty who have been awarded funds from the Nathan Deutsch Endowment or the Eleanor Lane Endowment, this Advance Fund Request form is not required. Please contact RTT ( research@astate.edu ) if you need to start spending Endowment funds prior to July 1.
