Approving a Duo Push


Every so often, Duo Mobile doesn't present a push notification and must be opened manually to approve. The following instructions will use the example of logging into the my.AState Portal.


1. Go to pack.astate.edu.

2. Click Log In on the top right corner of the screen.

3. Enter your full A-State email address and click Next.

4. Enter your A-State password and click Login.

5. Authenticate using Duo Mobile.

4. Open the Duo Mobile app on your mobile device. The icon looks like the image below.

5. Once Duo Mobile is open, you should be presented with a login authentication request. Press Approve.
