How do I reset my password?
Students and Staff needing to reset their passwords will have to follow these steps below.
Select I Accept then click Submit to agree to the ASU Acceptable Use Policy.
You will then enter your Campus Wide ID Number and PIN then click Submit.
In the New Password field put in your new password and do the same for the Confirm Password field. Then put in the Authorization Code you should have recieved in a message delivered to your secondary email address.
Click Submit Query to finished. The next page will display your email and username to show you have successfully reset your password for My AState, Blackboard, and email.
If you have not set a secondary email or cannot receive your authorization code, then you will need to contact the help desk to receive the code. ITS Help Desk phone: 870-972-3933.
