How to Sign up for Emergency Text Alerts


A-State students, staff, and faculty can sign up for Emergency Text Alerts. These alerts keep everyone up to date on any emergencies on campus, inclement weather warnings and closings, etc. Follow the instructions below to make sure that you receive the alerts.


1. Go to pack.astate.edu

2. Enter your full A-State email address and password and click Login.

3. Authenticate using Duo Mobile.

4. Click Campus Tools on the left side of the screen.

5. Click Emergency Text Alerts.

6. Click Edit if you need to change the phone number receiving the alerts. Click where it says "Click here to enter Phone Number" if you need to add another number.

7. Click Confirm when the information is correct.
