What should I do if my Wi-Fi goes out during a test?

If you are taking an online exam/quiz and your Wi-Fi/internet connection goes out, you should immediately email your instructor to let them know what has happened.

If this happens on-campus, please contact the ITS Help Desk at itshelpdesk@astate.edu or at 870-972-3933 to check on any outages.
