Donor Confidentiality
Private donor records should be treated as confidential information and should not be released or accessed without specific approval of the  president, chancellor,  vice  chancellor  for  U niversity  A dvancement, or designated offic ials of the university.   

 

 

 

 Under no circumstances shall such records be released for the primary purpose of private enterprise or gain.    

 

 

 

 

 

 

 All Freedom of Information Act regulations shall be  observed .
