 BenefitBump is a holistic navigation service for growing families, connecting participants to ASU’s benefits, leave policies, and resources, while layering on community supports and expert-level guidance through an emotional health-forward approach. 

 BenefitBump is a benefit navigation program for all growing families, with support for pregnancy, adoption, surrogacy, and fertility treatment. Watch an introduction here . 

 Participants are assigned a dedicated Care Navigator to guide them through the BenefitBump program and their entire parenthood journey. 

 

 Do I have to pay for Benefit Bump?  

 No! This is a free benefit for all full-time benefit-eligible employees.
