# College Dashboards

The **College Dashboard** provides assessment administrators with a high-level view of program progress within their college. It includes tools for monitoring assessment activity, running reports, and managing documentation.

## Key Features

1. **Dashboard Access**
    
    
    - In the **left-hand menu**, select **Dashboard**, then choose your college from the dropdown menu.
2. **Program Annual Checklist**
    
    
    - Displays all programs within your college and their progress in the assessment process for the selected academic year.
    - Notes about the administrative dashboard appear at the bottom of this menu.
3. **Reports**
    
    
    - Run reports to view: 
        - Current users
        - Co-curricular programs attached to your college
        - Program outcomes by modality
    - Export reports at any time.
    - If you need a report that isn’t available, contact the **Office of Accreditation and Assessment** to request it.
4. **Printable Reports**
    
    
    - Access printable report options directly from the dashboard.
5. **Document Library**
    
    
    - Any files added to the **college dashboard documentation** will be accessible to all programs under your college in Nuventive.
