College Dashboards

The  College Dashboard  provides assessment administrators with a high-level view of program progress within their college. It includes tools for monitoring assessment activity, running reports, and managing documentation.

 Key Features 

 

 

 Dashboard Access 

 

 In the  left-hand menu , select  Dashboard , then choose your college from the dropdown menu. 

 

 

 

 Program Annual Checklist 

 

 Displays all programs within your college and their progress in the assessment process for the selected academic year. 

 Notes about the administrative dashboard appear at the bottom of this menu. 

 

 

 

 Reports 

 

 Run reports to view:

 

 Current users 

 Co-curricular programs attached to your college 

 Program outcomes by modality 

 

 

 Export reports at any time. 

 If you need a report that isn’t available, contact the  Office of Accreditation and Assessment  to request it. 

 

 

 

 Printable Reports 

 

 Access printable report options directly from the dashboard. 

 

 

 

 Document Library 

 

 Any files added to the  college dashboard documentation  will be accessible to all programs under your college in Nuventive.
