Department Dashboards
The Department Dashboard provides department chairs and program coordinators with a consolidated view of all programs within their department. It includes tools for monitoring assessment progress, running reports, and sharing documentation.

Key Features
Dashboard Access
- In the left-hand menu, select Dashboard, then choose Department Dashboard from the dropdown list.
- Select your department to view all associated programs.
Program Annual Checklist
- Displays all programs within your department and their progress in the assessment process for the selected academic year.
- Provides an overview of completion status rather than listing individual outcomes.
- Updates nightly, so data reflects activity as of the previous day.
Reports
- Run reports to view:
- Program progress by academic year
- Current users associated with your department
- Export reports at any time for offline review.
- If you need a report that isn’t available, contact the Office of Accreditation and Assessment to request it.
Printable Reports
- Access printable report options directly from the dashboard for comprehensive overviews of all programs in your department.
Document Library
- Any files added to the department dashboard documentation will be accessible to all programs under your department in Nuventive.
- Use this space for shared resources, templates, or departmental guidelines.
