Department Dashboards

The Department Dashboard provides department chairs and program coordinators with a consolidated view of all programs within their department. It includes tools for monitoring assessment progress, running reports, and sharing documentation.

 Key Features 

 Dashboard Access 

 

 In the left-hand menu, select  Dashboard , then choose  Department Dashboard  from the dropdown list. 

 Select your department to view all associated programs. 

 

 

 Program Annual Checklist 

 

 Displays all programs within your department and their progress in the assessment process for the selected academic year. 

 Provides an overview of completion status rather than listing individual outcomes. 

 Updates nightly, so data reflects activity as of the previous day. 

 

 

 Reports 

 

 Run reports to view:

 

 Program progress by academic year 

 Current users associated with your department 

 

 

 Export reports at any time for offline review. 

 If you need a report that isn’t available, contact the  Office of Accreditation and Assessment  to request it. 

 

 

 Printable Reports 

 

 Access printable report options directly from the dashboard for comprehensive overviews of all programs in your department. 

 

 

 Document Library 

 

 Any files added to the department dashboard documentation will be accessible to all programs under your department in Nuventive. 

 Use this space for shared resources, templates, or departmental guidelines.
