HOW TO APPEAL A PARKING OR TRAFFIC CITATION

How Do I Appeal My Citation? 

 

 

 

 All appeals will be adjudicated according to the rules and regulations stated in the  Parking and Motor Vehicle Regulations .  

 All appeals must be filed within 7 days of citation issuance date.  

 The fee for denied appeals is $5.00 per citation appealed.  

 Most citations are supported by photo or video evidence. 

 

 

 

 

 A-State Students and Employees 

 Student and employee citation appeals are processed through the Parking eBiz portal available through the Pack Portal . After logging in to the Pack Portal, select "Campus Life" and then select "Parking eBiz."  Contact Parking Services at parking@astate.edu  or (870) 972-2945 for more information.

 Non-Students and Non-Employees 

 Non-student/non-employee citation appeals are processed by email.  Send an email to Parking Services at parking@astate.edu .  Include your name, citation number, and the license plate number of the vehicle that was ticketed.  You will receive a reply with information on the next steps in the appeal process.
