Requesting an Account

1.

  1. Go to this link:  https://astate.easyvista.com/services.asusystem.edu/TDClient/35/astate/Home/

  2. Log

    2. Sign in with your A-State username and password.password.

    3. username is your email address minus the @astate.edu. For example, if your email is jdoe@astate.edu then your username is jdoe.

  3. Click “newGet incident”Started under Submit a Ticket. 

  4. In

    4. theUnder DescriptionService box,Catalog, typeclick “Pleaseon grantSoftware access& toPrograms. 

    5. Click Adobe Creative Cloud.”Cloud *Note:and youthen doclick notCreate haveA toTicket.

    6. in the other form fields. 

  5. Click “submit.” 
  6. A-State IT will email you within the day with instructions to access your Adobe Creative Cloud account.
