To be eligible for equipment check-out, a studentstudents must:

• Be registered with Access and Accommodation Services (AAS), and

• Live

  Either live on campus ORor takebe enrolled in on-campus classes

Due to limited resources, equipment checkoutcheck-out is not currently available to onlineonline-only students.

How to Check Out Equipment

Note: Devices will be reserved for students who make an appointment. If thea requested item requested is unavailable, the studentstudents will be notified beforein advance of their appointment.

Loan Duration and Returns

Equipment can be borrowed for up to anone entirefull semester,semester butand must be returned by the due date setprovided at checkout. Most often, this ischeck-out—typically the Thursday of finals week.

Students who checkborrow outequipment a device induring the fall semester will have one week at the beginningstart of the spring semester to reclaim the same device. After thethat firstweek, weekany isunclaimed over, those devicesequipment will be placedmade backavailable intoon a first-come, first-served. served basis.
