  • Applied Statistics: STAT 3233 or STAT 3033 (junior-level; must transfer to A-State as applied statistics).
  • ServSafe Certification: Required before beginning the master’s degree.
    • Can be completed independently.
    • Or through NS 3133 Food Service Management (ServSafe is a portion of this class; instructor is a certified ServSafe proctor).
Notes for Applicants

Students applying to the Coordinated Master’s Program without an undergraduate degree in dietetics must complete:

  • The NS minor courses listed above (21 hours).
  • All lower-level prerequisite courses (24 hours).
  • Applied statistics (junior-level).
  • ServSafe certification.
