How to Request Alternate-Format Textbooks

1. PURCHASE textbooks. Copyright laws prohibit us from obtaining alternative formats for rented materials.
2. Email the Assistive Technology & Access Coordinator with the following:
   1. Proof of purchasepurchase/rental (receipt, Amazon invoice, etc.)
   2. The name of the book(s) you are requesting
   3. The ISBN-13 for EACH book
   4. Which class each book is for
   5. Student ID number
3. Sign and return the Copyright Acknowledgment form to the Assistive Technology and Access Coordinator (this will be emailed to you once all the information above has been provided).

Once we have the textbook file(s), we will share them with you via OneDrive. Make sure you download your files, as they will only be on OneDrive for a few days.
