Mark Card as Lost on your PC

1. Open myAstate.eduPack.Astate.Edu

2. Login with your credentials

3. Verify your Duo Authentication

4. On the MyAstatepack.astate.edu landing page, click on eAccountsthe (yellowsearch box)bar at the top.

5. clickYou onwill cardthen servicessearch in the bar "Eaccounts". Search for the Eaccounts button labeled as a tool.

6. underOn the Eaccounts page, click the "Card Services" button.

7. Click the drop down menubox findto choose from either your phone or your physical card. You can then click the I.D."Deactivate numberCard" youButton wantat tothe deactivate bottom and click deactivate right.
