Dr. Pope leads the Human Resources & Administration division, overseeing strategic HR initiatives and administrative functions. Dr. Pope oversees Human Resources, Payroll Services, Environmental Health & Safety, Safety & Emergency Management, Title IX & Institutional Integrity, Training & Development, and Red Wolf Wellness.

Employee Services Coordinator
Watson provides administrative support for employee services, assisting with various HR functions and inquiries. Responsible for employee disciplinaries and/or grievances as well as overseeing the Human Resources department. Watson acts as a Title IX Deputy for Faculty & Staff.

Employee Relations and Immigration Specialist
Summers handles employee relations and immigration matters, ensuring compliance and fostering a supportive work environment. Also responsible for FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act), Catastrophic Leave requests, Professional Development Plan forms, and Leave of Absence Without Pay requests.

Employee Recruitment Specialist
Carson manages the Taleo applicant tracking system, facilitating efficient recruitment and hiring processes. Responsible for assigning annual and 90-day evaluations, Taleo requisitions for all employment types, and maintaining job descriptions for the campus. Can assist with job application questions.
