Do I have to do evaluations for my employees?

As part of our ongoing commitment to employee development and institutional excellence, both annual evaluations and 90-day reviews are required for all eligible employees. These evaluations are not optional—they are an essential tool for fostering engagement, supporting professional growth, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Why do I have to complete evaluations on my employees?

Supervisors play a critical role in this process. Completing evaluations on time helps reinforce our shared values, encourages open dialogue, and supports a culture of continuous improvement. If you're unsure when a review is due or how to get started, resources and step-by-step guides are available to help you every step of the way.

Thank you for helping us make A-State a place where every team member can thrive!
