Attached is the updated Neil Griffin College of Business Faculty Funding Request Form. Please note that the form has been revised and no longer includes a submit button.

When completing the form:

• Save it to your computer once filled.
• Email the completed form directly to me at sleslie@astate.edu, and be sure to copy your Department Chair.

A reminder for those presenting research at conferences: please check both the “Research” and “Conference/Travel” categories on the form. This ensures that your request is assessed and allocated appropriately.
