How to Request a Transcript

1. Go to ssb8.astate.edu

2. Enter your A-State ID and PIN and click Login.

If you do not remember your A-State ID and PIN, follow these instructions: https://kb.astate.edu/books/faq/page/how-do-i-retrieve-my-id-and-pin.

3. Click the Student tab at the top of the page.

4. Click Student Records. 

5. You can now view your unofficial transcript (listed as Academic Transcript) or request an official one.

If you were a student before 1990 and need a transcript, please fill out this form: Click here to begin creating an A-State student account. Once you submit this form, your log in information will be created by the Registrar's office and emailed to you.
