How to Request a Transcript (Current Students)

1.  Go to to ssb8.astate.my.AState.edu.

2. Enter your A-State ID and PIN and click Login.

If you do not remember yourfull A-State IDemail address and PIN,password followand theseclick Login.

3. Click the Student tab at the top of the page.


4. Click on Banner9 Self Service Student Records. .

5. You can now viewEnter your unofficialfull transcriptA-State (listedemail as address and password and click AcademicSign in.

6.  Authenticate using Duo Mobile.

7. Click Unofficial Transcript) oron requestthe anmenu officialto one.the left.

8. Choose Transcript Level and Transcript Type.

9. Your Unofficial Transcript will be displayed below the following information.
