Installation and Setup

Only instructors can download and install Respondus 4.0 on their computers. To download Respondus Test Manager,

  1. Go to the ITS Software Downloads page. 
  2. Click the Link for Respondus Test Creator under Other Software for Windows.
  3. Accept the Symantec Campus Agreement
  4. Sign In with your full A-State email and password.
  5. Select Respondus Test Manager from the list of software available to download.
  6. Note the Institution Name, Local Support Contact, and Installation Password on the page with the Download link.
    • You will need this information when you begin installing Respondus 4.0
    • We recommend that you do not close this web page, so that you can copy and paste the required information when installing Respondus 4.0
    • You will need to return to this page once a year to get the new password. The date the current password expires is listed.
  7. Click Download Respondus Test Manager.
  8. Once saved to your computer, Run the file and follow the installation instructions.
