CodeRED Sign-Up Instructions

CodeRED Alerts are sent by the Jonesboro E-911 Dispatch Center for incidents affecting the City of Jonesboro and/or Craighead County. While A-State may request campus-specific alerts be sent via the CodeRED system in the event of a system failure or other significant cause, our primary communication tool will always be A-State Alerts.

To sign up for CodeRED Alerts using your mobile device:

  1. Text ALERTCRAIGHEAD to 24639
  2. You will receive a text message with a link to create an Onsolve account. Click this link.
  3. Once loaded, select "Register"
  4. Follow the registration process, including what alerts you desire to receive.
  5. You're done! You can also download the CodeRED app and sign in there to receive push notifications.

To sign up for CodeRED Alerts using your browser:

  1. Visit this link: https://accountportal.onsolve.net/jonesboroar
  2. Once loaded, select "Register"
  3. Follow the registration process, including what alerts you desire to receive.
  4. You're done! You can also download the CodeRED app and sign in there to receive push notifications.
