Fall 2025 MAT Teacher Intern Orientation

All MAT Art, Business, Elementary Education, Middle-Level Education, and Special Education majors attend from 8:30 am - 12:00 pm and report back from 1:00 – 4:00 pm.

Fall 2025 MAT Teacher Interns

All SL&L portfolios for these majors are due and should be submitted to your university supervisor on this day in order for the supervisors to have enough time to review and grade them prior to grades being due to the PEP Microsoft One Drive on October 11.

Spring 2026 MAT Interns

Intent for Teaching Internship forms are due into the Professional Education Programs office

Submit to Canvas, PEP Intern Information MAT

All required Praxis and Foundations of Reading Exams must be taken by this date.

Fall 2025 Teacher Interns

University supervisors must complete the Professional Dispositions Assessment on SL&L for all Interns.

Fall 2025 Teacher Interns

End of 1st 8-week teaching sessions for MAT Education majors who have two placements. Evaluation packets for MAT Elementary Education must be collected and completed by the University and Experienced Mentor Teacher, and submitted by the University Supervisor to the PEP Microsoft One Drive.
Items included in submission: Summative Evaluation; University Supervisor Formative
Evaluations and Post Conference Reflections in numeric order from the 1st evaluation to
the last evaluation for the 8 weeks, and the Mentor Teacher’s Formative and Post
Conference Reflections in numeric order from the 1st evaluation to the last evaluation for the 8 
weeks. Attendance forms and any other supporting materials should also be submitted.
