9:00 am - 12:00 pm and report back from 1:00 – 3:30 pm.

Intent to Graduate Application due for Fall 2026 Commencement

If you are graduating December 2026, you must fill out the intent to graduate form.

This is required whether you are walking at commencement or not!

All MAT (Art, Business, Elementary, Middle Level, & Special Education) attend from 8:30 am -12:00
pm and report back from 1:00 – 4:00 pm.

All SL&L portfolios for all majors are due and should be submitted to your university supervisors on this day in order for the supervisors to have enough time to review and grade them prior to grades being due to the PEP Microsoft One Drive on December 15.

Evaluation form packets for all MAT teacher interns must be collected, completed, and submitted by University Supervisors to the PEP Microsoft One Drive.
Items included in submission: Summative Evaluation; University Supervisor Formative Evaluations and Post Conference Reflections in numeric order from the 1st evaluation to the last evaluation for the 8 weeks, and the Mentor Teacher’s Formative and Post Conference Reflections in numeric order from the 1st evaluation to the last evaluation for the 8 weeks. Attendance forms and any other supporting materials should also be submitted.

Degree Conferral Date

Please note that this is the date that will be printed on your transcript and diploma. It will not be until the end of January for this date to be conferred on your degree, so please wait until then to apply for licensure.
