Online Undergraduate Calendar for 2025 - 2026

This calendar is for all Online Undergraduate Elementary Education K-6 and SPecial Education K-12 majors

August 14, 2025	*Fall 2025 Residency I* Orientation All Residency I Online Undergraduate Education majors attend from 8:30 am - 12:00 pm Location: via Zoom**
August 25, 2025	Fall 2025 Residency I & II Teacher Interns First day of teaching internship for all education majors. Check with your Mentor Teacher for your report time.
October 8, 2025	Education Career Services Seminar All online undergraduate Elementary and Special Education majors are invited to attend time and location TBA
December 5, 2025	Fall 2025 All Teacher Interns All SL&L portfolios for all majors are due and should be submitted to your university supervisors on this day in order for the supervisors to have enough time to review and grade them prior to grades being due to the PEP Microsoft One Drive on December 15th
December 5, 2025	Fall 2025 All Teacher Interns Last full day of Residency I & II for all education majors
December 9, 2025	Fall 2025 Teacher Interns Evaluation form packets for all teacher interns must be collected and completed by University Supervisors and submitted to the PEP Microsoft One Drive. Items included in submission: Summative Evaluation; University Supervisor Formative Evaluations and Post Conference Reflections in numeric order from 1st evaluation to last evaluation for the 8-weeks, and then Clinical Supervisor’s Formative and Post Conference Reflections in numeric order from 1st evaluation to last evaluation for the 8-weeks. Attendance forms and any other supporting materials should also be submitted.
December 13, 2025	Fall 2025 Commencement Ceremony – See Commencement Website for specific times for all majors
January 7, 2026	Spring 2026 Residency II Seminar - All Residency II Online Undergraduate Elementary and Special Education majors attend from 9:00 am -12:00 pm and return from 1:00 – 4:00 pm (Location: via zoom)
January 12, 2026	Spring 2026 Teacher Interns first day of teaching residency II for all Elementary, Middle Level, MAT, Secondary 7-12, and K-12 Education majors. Check with your Mentor Teacher for your report time.
March 5, 2026	Education Career Fair – All online undergraduate Elementary and Special Education majors are invited to attend the Education Career Fair at the Cooper Alumni Center on A-State’s campus from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
March 5, 2026	Spring 2027 Online Undergraduate Pre-Teacher Intern Check Form Meeting. Elementary Education, 3:30 p.m. (Location: via Zoom)
March 11, 2026	Spring 2027 Online Undergraduate Pre-Teacher Intern Check Form Meeting. Special Education, 3:30 p.m. (Location: via Zoom)
March 26, 2026	Spring 2027 Online Elementary Education and Special Education– Pre-Teacher Intern Check forms due to the Professional Education Programs office. Submit to canvas - PEP Intern Information Online.
April 13-17, 2026	Spring 2027 Resident Meet and Greet Week- students will meet with our partnering School Districts to meet all Experienced Mentor Teachers.

May 1, 2026	Spring 2026 All Teacher Interns - Last full day of Residency II for Elementary and Special Education majors
May 5, 2026	Spring 2026 Undergraduate Teacher Interns – Exit Evaluation and Evaluation of Teaching Internship Experiences for all Elementary and Special Education majors, Specific time schedules for each group are TBA. (Zoom)
May 6, 2026	First Day a Spring 2026 Intern can substitute teach or begin a teaching contract.
May 6, 2026	Spring 2026 Teacher Interns - Evaluation form packets for all teacher interns (Elementary, Middle Level, Special Education, MAT, Secondary 7-12, and K-12 majors) must be collected and completed by the University and Clinical Supervisors. Evaluation Form Packets for All Spring 2026 interns must be submitted to the PEP Microsoft One Drive. University Supervisors are responsible for ensuring this occurs and for posting grades at the end of the semester. Items included in submission: Summative Evaluation; University Supervisor Formative Evaluations and Post Conference Reflections in numeric order from 1st evaluation to last evaluation for the 8-weeks; and then Clinical Supervisor’s Formative and Post Conference Reflections in numeric order from 1st evaluation to last evaluation for the 8-weeks. May 9, 2026	Spring 2026 Commencement Ceremony – See Commencement Website for specific times for all majors
May 9, 2026	Degree Conferral Date – Please note that this is the date that will be printed on your transcript and diploma. It will take 2-4 weeks for this date to be conferred on your degree, so please wait until then to apply for licensure.
May 11, 2026	Spring 2026 All Teacher Interns – Final Grades due at 12:00 pm/noon for all graduating teacher interns (Elementary Middle Level, MAT, Secondary 7-12, and K-12) must be posted by University Supervisors.
