Who is eligible to purchase a reserved space (contract parking)?
A-State faculty, staff, and registered students.

How do students and employees secure contract parking?
Students and employees secure contract parking through Parking eBiz. Log into Pack Portal and select “Campus Life” followed by “Parking eBiz.” Then select “Contract Parking Waitlist.” Customers may select one or more waitlists. Parking Services will contact customers as spaces become available.
How do students and employees pay for contract parking?
Students may charge contract parking fees to their student accounts or pay using a credit card. Employees paid by A-State may set up a payroll deduction payment plan or pay by credit card. Employees not paid by A-State must pay by credit card only.
Students and employees may renew their contract parking spaces for each upcoming academic year. Parking Services will make every reasonable attempt to notify customers of upcoming renewal periods.
How do students and employees access contract parking lots?
Some contract parking lots are protected by access gates. Customer A-State ID cards are activated to provide access through the gates. Gate access protection may be removed as needed and/or as announced by A-State Parking Services.
Other lots such as the North Parking Deck and other surface lots are not restricted by gate access. These lots are restricted with posted signage. All customers must display a current parking permit from their vehicles when parking in their contract parking spaces. Permit fees are not included in the contract parking fees.
How are contract parking spaces enforced?
Restricted hours are published in the latest version of the Parking/Motor Vehicle Regulations. Parking Services officers patrol contract parking lots routinely. Unauthorized vehicles that are parked in contract spaces during the restricted hours are subject to citations and towing. Customers are encouraged to contact Parking Services immediately at (870) 972‐2945 when experiencing any problem with accessing their contract parking spaces. The Parking Services staff will provide instructions to customers in such events.
