Title IX
At Arkansas State University, we are committed to maintaining a campus environment free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in accordance with Title IX. Title IX protects students, employees, and visitors from sex-based discrimination in all university programs and activities, including but not limited to sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating and domestic violence, stalking, and pregnancy-related discrimination.
The Office of Institutional Integrity & Title IX is responsible for providing training to the campus community, receiving reports, coordinating supportive measures, and ensuring fair and equitable resolution processes. We are dedicated to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment where all members of the university community can fully participate in academic and campus life.
