How To Approve VPN Access for Managers

1. Go to my.astate.edu.

2. Enter your A-State email address and password and click Login.

3. Authenticate using Duo Mobile.

4. Scroll down and click on VPN Access.

5. Look to the right and you should see a menu like the one pictured below:

6. Click on Outstanding Requests.

7. Find the name of the employee that is requesting access and click Approve to the right of their name, as shown below.
