Requesting a Home@Astate WiFi Password

If you are living on campus you will connect to the Home@Astate Wifi. To request a password you will need to sunmit a ticket which should include your buidling name and room number. A password will then be assigenedassigned and emailed to you.

How to request a Home@Astate WiFi password

1. Log into my.astate.edu with your username and password.

2. Approve DUO mobile.

3. Select the Helpdesk ticket icon.

 

 

4. Click Next.
