Event Parking Request Form
Before completing an event parking request, be sure you are aware of the details of each service we provide and the associated fees. Please note the following:

Students and employees of A-State are not permitted to use event parking (EP) permits. EP permits are exclusively for non-student/non-employee guests.

Parking Services does not provide parking attendants. If you wish to have one or more individuals available to direct traffic and move cones, etc. as guests arrive, you will need to make those arrangements with other sources.
