Event Parking Services and Fees
EVENT PARKING PERMITS
$3.00/daily for each permit
Note: Event parking permits may not be used by A-State students or employees
Event parking (EP) permit hangtags are issued to event coordinators for specific events and are made valid through the last date of the scheduled event. EP permits should be distributed to non-employee/non-student attendees of events to display from their vehicles when parking on campus. EP permits allow attendees to park in the following locations:
1. Reserved event parking spaces set up in advance with Parking Services by the event coordinator
2. Green parking spaces in the North Parking Deck or metered parking spaces (hourly fee does not have to be paid as long as a valid EP permit is displayed properly from vehicle)
3. General unrestricted commuter parking spaces
STUDENTS OR EMPLOYEES OF A-STATE WHO ATTEND CAMPUS EVENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE EP PERMITS. STUDENTS AND EMPLOYEES SHOULD ALWAYS DISPLAY THEIR A-STATE PARKING PERMITS AND PARK WHERE THOSE PERMITS ALLOW
RESERVED SURFACE PARKING SPACES
$20.00 set-up fee for every 50 spaces
$2.00 per-space fee
Parking Services will use parking cones, meter covers, or other resources to physically reserve a designated number of commuter or metered parking spaces for events. Parking Services does not provide parking attendants to direct traffic or move cones as attendees arrive.
RESERVED GARAGE PARKING SPACES (North Parking Deck)
$30.00 set-up fee for every 50 spaces
$4.00 per-space fee
Parking Services will use parking cones or other resources to physically reserve a designated number of green parking spaces in the North Parking Deck for events. Up to 200 spaces can be reserved. Parking Services does not provide parking attendants to direct traffic or move cones as attendees arrive.
