HOW TO APPEAL A PARKING OR TRAFFIC CITATION

How Do I Appeal My Citation?

All appeals will be adjudicated according to the rules and regulations stated in the Parking and Motor Vehicle Regulations.
All appeals must be filed within 7 days of citation issuance date.
The fee for denied appeals is $5.00 per citation appealed.
Most citations are supported by photo or video evidence.

A-State Students and Employees

Student and employee citation appeals are processed through the Parking eBiz portal available through the Pack Portal. After logging in to the Pack Portal, select "Campus Life" and then select "Parking eBiz." Contact Parking Services at parking@astate.edu or (870) 972-2945 for more information.

Non-Students and Non-Employees

Non-student/non-employee citation appeals are processed by email. Send an email to Parking Services at parking@astate.edu. Include your name, citation number, and the license plate number of the vehicle that was ticketed. You will receive a reply with information on the next steps in the appeal process.
