HOW TO APPEAL A PARKING CITATION
How Do I Appeal My Citation?
- All
parkingappeals will be adjudicated according to the rules andmotorregulationsvehiclestatedcitationsinmaythe Parking and Motor Vehicle Regulations. - All appeals must be
appealedmade within 7 days of citation issuance date. - Appeals made after 7 days will not be processed.
- The fee for denied appeals is $5.00.
- Most citations are supported by photographic evidence gathered by the
dateparkingissued.operationsAllofficers.
A-State Students and Employees
Student and Employee appeals are processed through through Pack Portal. Log into Select the portal usinglink, your campus login ID and password.
