How to Request International VPN Access

1.  Go to my.astate.edu.edu.

2. Enter your A-State email address and password and click Login.

3. Authenticate using Duo Mobile.

4. Scroll down and click on Helpdesk Tickets.

5. Click on Sign In located at the top right of the screen.

6. Enter your A-State email address and password and click Login.

7. Authenticate using Duo Mobile.

8. Click on Get Started.

9. Click on Security.

10. Click International VPN Access Request.

11. Click Request Access.

12. Fill out the form with the requested information and click Submit.
