How to Request International VPN Access

1.  Go to my.pack.astate.edu.

2. EnterClick Login and then enter your full A-State email address and passwordpassword.

and click Login.

3. Authenticate using Duo Mobile.

4. ScrollSelect downthe Tool option for IT Services and click onthen ITS Helpdesk Tickets.

This will bring you to the hd.pngclient portal
5. Clickwhere onyou Signcan Insubmit locatedtickets. If you are not automatically signed in, please select sign in at the top right corner of the screen.page.

12. Fill out the form with the requested information and click Submit.
