How can I change my direct deposit information?

Please contact Payroll Services at payroll@astate.edu to request a new form, which will be assigned in the Taleo Talent Center.

If you are having trouble getting into the Taleo Talent Center - please contact Human Resources. 

When can I change my direct deposit information?

You can update your direct deposit at any time! Please notify Payroll Services as soon as possible to begin the update process. Your account must go through a verification process before a payment can be deposited, which can take several days.

What if an immediate change is needed for direct deposit?

Your account must go through a verification process before a payment can be deposited. If payroll is unable to verify the new information in time for payment, a paper check can be issued for that payroll.

If the employee is unable to provide accurate account information, a Focus Card wan be issued to the employee for direct deposit.

Can my paycheck be deposited into multiple accounts?

Absolutely! Please contact Payroll Services to request a direct deposit form, which will be assigned in the Taleo Talent Center.
