Blue Advantage Representative

Full-time Employees with Health Insurance Coverage through A-State:

Do you have questions regarding a recent Explanation of Benefits (EOB) or invoice you received from a clinic/doctors' office, or even a coverage question for an upcoming procedure or surgery?  Or any other questions regarding your health insurance?

If so, a representative from our health insurance provider, Blue Advantage, has scheduled campus visits for 2025 to meet directly with employees.  These meetings will take place from 9 am to 11 am on the dates below in the Administration Building, Room 110. No appointment is necessary.
