Internal Career Center
This site is only available to current full-time A-State employees via their Pack Portal. All internal postings are posted for a minimum of five (5) days.
The hiring department(s) will begin their review after the position has been removed from the internal career center, and they will reach out to you if you have been selected for an interview. You will always be notified via a phone call or an email when the department has made a selection for hire.
All internal job opportunities will be posted here!
Please note the following for all internal transfers:
- Must have been employed for at least six (6) months in the current position
- Will be subjected to a background check if it has been more than one (1) year since the last one was conducted
- Will have a 90-day evaluation completed by the supervisor 90 days after the transfer date
- All transfer dates must happen on either the 1st or the 16th of the month to align with payroll dates
