How to Check Microsoft 365 Subscription

The following steps will show you what licenses are currently assigned to your A-State account.

1. Go to https://www.office.com
2. On the Sign in screen, enter (or choose) your @astate.edu email address
   • If prompted to choose a Work or school account or a Personal account, always pick the Work or school account.
3. Click Next
4. Enter your A-State password
5. Click Sign in
6. Decide whether to stay signed in (if you are on a public computer, choose No)
7. If prompted, provide Duo verification.
8. Select the Install and more drop-down link and then click on Install Microsoft 365 apps.
   
   
9. On your Account page, select Subscriptions.
